We are focused on helping athletes of all ages & abilities with a goal of improving health, fitness and performance. Offer 3 group training environments with weekly training sessions led by our full time professional coaches.
EDGE KIDS is our youth division for athletes ranging in age from 7-15, EDGE AG is our adult division for athletes 16+ and EDGE HP is our high performance training squad for Junior/Under 23/Elite athletes.
EDGE also offers one-on-one private coaching by appointment and online programming for athletes looking for a custom training plan to reach their goals.
Staff Meal Niagara: Chef Tania Ganassini and Amanda Ali
Staff Meal Niagara is a nutrition-focused, plant-based meal delivery program for busy, health conscious individuals who do not want to compromise on quality or deliciousness. At Staff Meal we are especially passionate about feeding those who serve others and work long hours.
We believe in eating food that nourishes and heals the body from within, focusing on whole, nutrient- dense foods, sourced as locally and sustainably as possible. Staff Meal was co-founded by Tania Ganassini and Amanda Ali, two friends who share a love for food and food puns.
Tania, a plant-based chef who has worked in top restaurants in Toronto and Italy, now leverages her fine dining background to change perceptions around what healthy food can taste and look like.
Amanda, trained in global health and nutrition, has brought her international project management experience in Kenya and India home to Niagara to promote health and wellness through food.
Staff Meal aims to shift cultural paradigms around nutritious eating and workplace wellness, while being leaders in quality plant-based food. Lettuce nourish you!
Lindsay has been a competitive athlete for many years building up to her participation on Canada's National Rowing team, and now as an elite cyclist training out of the Niagara Region. Lindsay has channelled her love for a highly competitive environment into her passion for cooking as the Junior Chef at Backhouse in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
Lindsay’s healthy cooking not only fuels her body for the intense training she undergoes daily, but also helps her to maintain her weight throughout the year. Lindsay fully believes that healthy meals do not have to sacrifice flavour, and that you can be just as happy eating something that is really great for your body, as you are eating pre-packaged or convenience foods that many of us have become reliant on.
Lindsay will be leading our long ride at Ride the Vine and is excited to meet all of you!
